At the Top (floors 124 & 125) costs AED 173 per adult during non-prime hours and AED 250 during prime hours. Children aged 3–12 pay AED 129 non-prime or AED 175 prime. Children under 3 enter free. Walk-up prices at the venue are significantly higher — online advance booking is recommended. Prime hours are approximately 3 pm – 9 pm; non-prime covers morning and late evening slots.

The indoor gallery wraps the entire perimeter of floor 124 with floor-to-ceiling glass panels offering panoramic views in all directions. The Sky Map interactive touchscreens let you identify specific landmarks — the Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai Frame, the World Islands — and learn about Dubai’s development. High-powered telescopes provide close-up views of distant landmarks. The gallery also includes display content on the Burj Khalifa’s construction and architecture.
Floor 125 is a short walk up from floor 124 via an internal staircase (or lift — ask staff). The glass floor is the standout feature: transparent panels offer a direct view straight down 455 metres to the streets below, with animated ‘crack’ effects that appear beneath visitors’ feet as they step on the glass. The effect is disorienting in the best possible way. The floor 125 interior features an Arabic-inspired design with geometric patterns and detailed craftsmanship that contrasts with the modern functionality of floor 124. For the classic Burj Khalifa experience: book 60–90 minutes before sunset — you’ll experience daylight views, golden hour, and the city lighting up at night in one visit. For the lowest prices and fewest crowds: weekday mornings within the first hour of opening (10 am on weekdays, 8 am on weekends). For families with young children: early afternoon on a weekday (1 pm – 3 pm) — moderate crowds and the afternoon Dubai Fountain shows at 1 pm and 1:30 pm are visible from the outdoor terrace.
