Basement Levels (B1–B3): Parking
The three basement levels house parking for approximately 3,000 vehicles, serving residents, hotel guests, office tenants, and visitors. Access to visitor parking is through Dubai Mall’s parking facilities, with sections P2 and P3 closest to the Burj Khalifa lower ground floor entrance.
Ground Floor & Level 1: Entrance, Lobby & Dubai Mall Connection
The ground floor is the main public entrance level, housing the registration and security checkpoint for visitors heading to the observation decks. The Burj Khalifa connects directly to Dubai Mall at the lower ground floor (Level LG) — the observation deck entrance and ticketing area is here. Floors 1–8 & 38–39: Armani Hotel Dubai
The Armani Hotel Dubai occupies floors 1–8 and 38–39 of the Burj Khalifa — the only hotel located inside the world’s tallest building. Designed entirely by Giorgio Armani, the hotel has 160 rooms and suites across these floors, eight dining venues, a spa, and a private pool. Hotel guests have direct access to the Burj Khalifa building without going through Dubai Mall. The hotel’s dining venues are open to non-staying guests with a reservation.

Floors 19–108: Residential Apartments
The majority of the Burj Khalifa’s floor area — floors 19 through 108 — consists of private residential apartments. The tower contains over 900 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom penthouses. These floors are not open to the public. Apartments in the Burj Khalifa are among the most expensive residential addresses in Dubai, with views of the fountain, the Gulf, and the desert depending on orientation and height.
Floors 111–121 & 125–135: Corporate Suites
Corporate office suites occupy several blocks of floors in the upper third of the building, providing prestigious office addresses with panoramic views of Dubai. Tenants include multinational corporations and financial institutions. These floors are not open to the public. Floors 125–135 are classified as corporate space despite the proximity to the public observation deck on floor 125.
Floor 122: At.mosphere Restaurant
At.mosphere on floor 122 is one of the world’s highest restaurants, at 442 metres above ground. It serves international fine dining cuisine across breakfast, lunch, and dinner sittings, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass views of Dubai’s skyline. Advance reservations are required — it is not included in observation deck tickets. Smart casual dress code applies. The upper floors of the Burj Khalifa above The Lounge house mechanical and building systems equipment. The spire extends from floor 163 to the building’s total height of 828 metres — an additional 244 metres of structural steel housing communication antennas and equipment. The spire is not accessible to the public but is visible from up to 95 kilometres away on a clear day.
