You need to collect your tickets before your visit from the “At the Top” Burj Khalifa ticketing counter, located at LG Level, The Dubai Mall.

Once outside, look for the “Lake Ride” sign and head to the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.
