Floor 124’s open-air outdoor terrace delivers a 360-degree panorama from 452 metres — no glass, no barriers, just the city, desert, and Gulf. Floor 125’s glass floor lets you look directly down at the streets 455 metres below, with animated “crack” effects underfoot. The Sky Map interactive touchscreens, high-powered telescopes, and construction history exhibits are all included in the standard ticket. No time limit — stay as long as you wish.

The premium At the Top SKY experience includes dedicated fast-track elevator access, a personal guest ambassador, the SKY Lounge with seating, a complimentary beverage and Arabic dates, and an outdoor observation area at 555 metres. Visitor numbers are strictly capped, meaning the experience is calm and unhurried even at peak sunset hours. After floor 148, the ticket includes unlimited time on floors 124 and 125.

1.2 million LED lights across the world’s tallest building create choreographed animations every night from 7:45 pm. On Thu–Sat, shows run every 30 minutes until 10:45 pm. Free from Souk Al Bahar, Burj Park, and the fountain promenade.
